Misheck Shikabeta (b. 1994) is a Zambian documentary filmmaker and audiovisual artist based in Trento, Italy. His work explores the relationship between people, land and everyday life, with a particular interest in food systems, artisanal practices, rural communities and traditional ways of working.

Drawing from a background in humanitarian and social-impact storytelling across Zambia, he now develops observational films that place greater emphasis on atmosphere, character and the quiet details of ordinary life. His work has been presented internationally, including at film festivals in Italy, and often reflects on the knowledge, relationships and sense of place carried through generations.
